Abstract: Farm workers are the new type worker class, during the course of the transform of dualistic pattern in urban and rural areas and the interaction of market economy, on the basis of the social discrimination and the nominal existence of legal safeguard, the rights and interests of farm workers are encroached repeatedly, which keeps back social harmonious development. It is the biggest favor of society to human rights of farm workers to investigate the profound cause of lacking legal safeguard of them and found the system of legal protection for farm workers.
