《中國加入世界貿易組織法律文件（中英文對照）》即將出版


中國加入世界貿易組織法律文件（中英文對照）定于2002年1月初由法律出版社出版，中國法律圖書公司總發(fā)行。

該書同對外貿經(jīng)合作部世界貿易組織司譯，是由政府指定的權威出版物。中國入世法律文件的中文翻譯工作都是由外經(jīng)貿部長期參加中國入世談判的人員進行的，一些關鍵詞的譯法，都是經(jīng)過反復推敲和修訂的。

該書定價為280元，16開，1700頁，40克字典紙精裝。

該書收錄了中國加入WTO法律文件——《中國加入議定書》及其附件和《中國加入工作組報告書》的英文原文和
中文譯文。

中國加入WTO法律文件的主體是《馬拉喀什建立世界貿易組織協(xié)定》（《WTO協(xié)定》），已收錄在法律出版社出
版的《烏拉圭回合多邊貿易談判結果：法律文本》（中英文對照）中。
《中國加入議定書》及其附件和《中國加入工作組報告》是中國與WTO成員在加入WTO談判過程中達成的協(xié)議，
對中國和WTO成員均有約束力，現(xiàn)已成為《馬拉喀什建立世界貿易組織協(xié)定》的組成部分。
中國加入WTO法律文件的英文本為正式文本，中文譯文僅供參考。
